Robyn Mitchell has been interested in natural and alternative health for as long as she can remember. Her first 'training' was with the Reiki system of natural healing. She was privileged to receive her basic and advanced training (1991 and 1992) with the (late) Rev. Beth Gray who founded the first Reiki center in the United States, and brought Reiki to Australia.
The next step in this journey followed an interest in Shiatu which led to her completing the course in Namikoshi Shiatsu in 1995 - the same year she met Tokujiro Namikoshi, the founder of modern day Shiatsu.
From here, the journey followed the path of Light Therapy. For the last 4 years she has been studying Samassati Light Therapy with the European Institute of Light. In 2011 her interest took her to Quebec where she attended the International Light Association conference.
From here, ChiBall seemed a logical next step. It combines the principle of TCM with an awareness of elements and their corresponding colours
Robyn uses a combination of these complementary modalities to help her clients to reach a state of wellness and balance.
Robyn is a member of the International Light Association, the Australian Light Therapy Association and the ChiBall association.
